When the Regulations were first introduced in January 1994, there was a good deal of uncertainty as to their meaning and likely impact - fifteen years on, however, and whereas there remains a number of complex areas, the law has developed to the point where, in certain respects, the picture is a lot clearer compared to what it was. The law is likely to be further significantly developed .and clarified in the future, and we look forward to explaining the law, as its story unfolds, personally, and through the media.
